Saturday: Bolinas Food Festival 2013

The 2nd annual BOLINAS FOOD FESTIVAL is Saturday October 12th 2013, 11am-5pm, Farmers’ Market opens at 10am in the BCC Hall!!!

Food Fest 2013Featuring West Marin Chefs, Farms , Music & Fun – Benefits the Bolinas Community Center’s Kitchen remodel.

Offering delicious foods, food-related crafts with a fantastic music line-up, meant to highlight the incredible local food culture here in West Marin. There will also be cooking demonstrations throughout the day. And all proceeds from the booth rentals go toward improving/renovating the community centers’ kitchen, with the aim of further supporting local food businesses by providing a local certified kitchen space.

To become a vendor keep reading:

VENDOR INFO

If you are a food vendor or have something else you think the Festival will benefit from offering and you are from West Marin and want to participate, use the entry form attached Food_Fest_Entry_Form.2013 to describe the food/service/product you would like to sell and send it to the BCC address on the form with your payment. This is first come first serve on vending and we don’t want duplicates of food or merchandise offered. Please send in your vendor application and check by September 12th, or there will be an additional $25.00 charge. Booths are 5 feet for $45 or $90 for a 10 foot by 10 foot space. We also ask for 10% of sales made the day of go to the Bolinas Community Center:Aal money goes for the  Center’s kitchen remodel.

We will be advertising on KWMR and if you would like to possibly get a live interview with a show on the radio let me know so I can help arrange it.

There will be ‘Guest Chef Demos’ throughout the day in the Plaza/BCC. If you are interested in doing a demo, please email us your demo idea and what you might be need to do the demo or if you can provide everything yourself.

We are also looking for volunteers to help with:

–          Bar, Cafe & Produce Sales

–          Festival Security/Parking
