In 2006 Marc Sanchez-Corea and StuArt collaborated on making a video asking residents of Bolinas for their unique stories of how they first discovered Bolinas. Marc was working as a camerman for KGO-TV News, and he brought his truck and equipment to Bolinas and set up in the Community Center Plaza. StuArt asked the question and about 50 locals responded. Marc then edited the stories back at KGO. StuArt wrote the theme song “How Did You Find Bolinas.” What resulted is a fun and fast paced documentary of historical interest. Some of the people interviewed are no longer living, Rick Klaes, Peter Lee and Buddy Craig. Marc and StuArt have done some work on a sequel to “How Did You Find Bolinas” and there will be a sign-up sheet for people wishing to tell their story of how they found Bolinas.*
