Crab Feast Thank Yous
The 2nd Annual Bolinas Crab Feast
What a magical evening we had at the Bolinas Community Center last Saturday! Delicious food and drinks, great music, tasty desserts, an awesome auction that raised our kitchen remodel project thousands of dollars and a beautiful community coming together! Thank you to all who came down to the feast, participated in the auction, donated money and helped make the evening happen.
There are a few very special people that were the brains of this evening: planning, organizing and executing the event. Without them the Crab Feast would’ve not been the success that it was. These ladies came to almost weekly meetings for a few months planning the feast, they built crab pot chandeliers, shopped, prepped foods, baked cakes and offered their valuable time for cooking auctioned off food prizes to benefit the BCC. And yes ladies and gentlemen, they volunteered all their time to make the Crab Feast happen.

We are waiting for final expenses and last auction payments to come thru, but we definitely grossed over $12,000 and netted close to $10,000. (We will let you all know exact numbers when we get them). What an event! Now we can finish our Phase One of the Kitchen Remodel Project!
