Yoga taught in the Iyengar Method – Mixed level, beginners welcome ~ 10:30 am beginning Wednesday 9/13/17

Inspired by the teachings of BKS Iyengar this style of Yoga brings about integration of body, mind and spirit. It is rooted in the traditional eight limbs of Yoga incorporating philosophy with the practice of postures and breathe awareness to develop health and well being of the whole person.
