Knife Skills Class

Saturday August 18, 11 am – 2 pm
Taught by Stephanie Roberts, who has been a cook and caterer for a decade. Learn safety, handling, technique and how to care for the most important tool in your kitchen (besides your hands). We’ll do a lot of chopping, slicing, and learn many types of cuts that will make your meals elegant and easy, and give you confidence in your kitchen. This class is vegetarian, we’ll learn fruits and vegetables, and fill up on Vietnamese summer rolls and fruit salad that you’ll learn to make.
