NYC People’s Climate Convergence March / CommUnity Night

Jim Heddle and Mary Beth Brangan, EON, will report back from the historic NYC People’s Climate Convergence March.  Videos of rally speakers, clips from the massive and exciting march and in depth commentaries tell why nuclear power is not a ‘solution to climate change;’ nuclear weapons do not make us ‘secure;’ and how we can get to a carbon-free and nuclear-free future.  Speakers include Jackie Cabasso, Western States Legal Foundation, Foreign Minister Tony de Brum, Marshall Islands, Medea Benjamin, Code Pink, Tom Hayden, former California State Senator, Arjun Makhijani, IEER and more.  Free admission, donations gratefully accepted.
