Each class will be a balanced mix of strengthening, lengthening and relaxing poses, with continuity from week to week so you can really see what a difference a regular yoga practice can make. We will also lso build up to a “peak pose” that varies from class to class, so we are sure to cover a variety of poses every month: chest openers, back openers, balancing poses, inversions, etc.
